The room was clean, modern, and had a comfortable bed. The bath was a plus for the kids and the breakfast was delicious with a good selection.

Easy parking, delicious food, friendly staff, clean, great value, easy to drive to.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The place was bright and comfy and the staff were amiable, the location was magnificent very near golf course where I played. I loved attached restaurant with discounted meals for guests.

Cold bathroom, and the breakfast itself was not included, it could be much better.

During my recent stay at Gamston Lock, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received from the staff. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the environment made for a pleasant and relaxing night's stay. Despite a minor inconvenience, I found the location to be very convenient for the sporting event I attended the next day. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, as it provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Very comfy beds, an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk in the room. It was a very relaxing stay, quiet little place.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The hotel's location on the outskirts of the city was very convenient, with easy access to the restaurant next door and other dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The service was top-notch, with room service available and even a welcome drink upon arrival. the experience was excellent and we would highly recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel was interesting, being next to a large water fountain with a generator running. The nearby pub had a great garden and the atmosphere was lovely. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had convenient facilities such as multiple plug and USB sockets.

Some aspects of the hotel, specifically the interaction between staff and the lack of attentiveness in the pub, could have been improved.

The hotel was hip new and the staff was best, it had unbeatable location right on the bus route to the centre. The beds were comfy, rooms fabulous and relaxing.

New build, rooms in good order, comfortable and functional. Comprehensive breakfast, reasonably priced. Friendly and efficient staff. Spacious rooms away from main area, quiet and peaceful. Great food and relaxed atmosphere in bar areas.
